Hello! I’m Zhenya Baghinyan, a certified holistic health and wellness coach and the founder of The Wellness Routine.

My journey began when I was caring for two young children and dealing with multiple health issues at the same time. I was diagnosed with IBS and SIBO, on top of having psoriasis for most of my life. These physical conditions also affected my mental health, causing chronic anxiety. I realized I couldn’t be the mother I wanted to be under so much stress—so I decided to start taking care of myself in a whole new way.

Through therapy, coaching, and extensive research, I discovered that true healing means caring for both mind and body. That’s why I chose to study holistic health and wellness. Over time, I regained my well-being and felt inspired to help other women do the same.

Today, I’m a proud mother of three, and my purpose is to guide women toward a balanced, fulfilling life—one where they can also be fully present for their children.

 The Wellness Routine is my way of sharing practical tools, a supportive community, and heartfelt coaching, making sure no woman ever feels alone on her journey toward better health and happiness.
