Zhenya Baghinyan is a holistic health and wellness coach, a certified personal trainer, and a yoga instructor. As the founder of The Wellness Routine, established two years ago, she is dedicated to empowering women to stay healthy through individualized health programs, including her signature 30 Day Transformation Program and In-Home Bootcamp.
Zhenya’s approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that each person has unique needs based on their bio-individuality, encompassing anatomy, metabolism, and body composition. Her philosophy promotes a balanced approach with equal emphasis on fitness, functional nutrition, and mindfulness, creating personalized plans that support a healthier lifestyle.
She has taught at various studios and workshops, spreading her message of health and wellness. Her personal journey into integrative health began with her own struggles. After battling extreme fatigue, she was diagnosed with Lyme disease, leading her to discover the benefits of nutritional nourishment and integrative wellness as a pathway to healing.
As a former fitness model, Zhenya has been featured in prominent health and wellness publications, showcasing her expertise in the industry. With certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Yoga Alliance, and The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Zhenya Baghinyan is committed to guiding others on their wellness journey through her platform, The Wellness Routine.
